The Elephant's Tusks
The African elephants tusks are used to aid foraging, digging in the ground, removing bark from trees and moving things out of the way; trained logging elephants can lift large logs with their tusks. They can also attract females. Scientists think that elephants favor one tusk more than the other. It is similar to when humans use their dominate hand.
